In collaboration with Sejpal & Raje Architects, we're redesigning the campus building. Our focus: optimizing energy efficiency and integrating sustainable practices. Expect modern design with traditional Tibetan influences, featuring bay windows, step-out balconies, and skylights for natural lighting and energy conservation.

In collaboration with the architects, we designed the Mithapur Renewal Plan, integrating local concerns and national government policies on sustainable, smart, and digital townships with the Tata Group’s core values. This approach to the masterplan serves as a model for Indian industrial towns facing organizational changes and addressing issues of ecology and climate change.
