LEVEL I : Walk- Through Analysis
Assessing the building’s energy cost and efficiency by analyzing energy bills and conducting a brief on-site survey of the building.
The Level I energy analysis will identify and provide a savings and cost analysis of low-cost/no-cost measures. It will also provide a listing of potential capital improvements that merit further consideration, and an initial judgement of potential costs and savings.
LEVEL II : Energy Survey and Analysis
This includes a more detailed building energy analysis. A breakdown of the energy use within the building is provided. This energy analysis will identify and provide the savings and cost analysis of all practical measures that meet the owner’s constraints and economic criteria, along with a discussion of any changes to operation and maintenance procedures.
LEVEL III : Detailed Analysis of Capital-Intensive Modifications
This level of engineering analysis focuses on potential capital-intensive projects identified during the Level II analysis and may involve more detailed field data gathering as well as a more rigorous engineering analysis. It provides detailed project cost and savings calculations with a high level of confidence sufficient for major capital investment decisions.

Modelling and space use, Material Parameters, Occupancy Schedules, Location based Weather Data, Systems Comparison.

A final presentation on energy saving possible in the short and long term, with options for phasing out the interventions in a manner that early savings can feed into the interventions that require larger investments.
i) Low hanging fruits- Low investment measures with immediate savings.
ii) Medium investment measures with a higher Return on Investment than quick savings.
iii) High investment – Large long term savings which are based on solving root causes
The interventions will have their respective payback periods, making the amount saved thereon an additional income to the client.
An optimised phase-wise implementation strategy will be developed in accordance with the economic capacity and future development plans that the client has.
We also provide support in terms of a list of verified solution providers for Solar, Structure Cooling and other technologies, and periodic supervision during the implementation process at no cost to the client.
